The Medical & Wellness Division is under the Department of Human Resources to assure all employees, spouses, and children professional medical support, successful remedies, prospective treatments and health cost avoidance under the professional guidance of Dr. Earl T. Martin.


The Medical & Wellness Division provider the following services:

  • Pre-employment physicals and drug screenings
  • Random drug screening for all safety sensitive employees
  • Onsite clinic for County employees & dependents requiring immediate medical assessment, treatment, and physician referral
  • Occupational Health Nurse for all Workers' Compensation cases
  • Annual flu shots, annual PPD's, Hepatitis Immunization, and Tetanus Toxoid to job injury employees
  • Timely referrals to physicians, allied health facilities, and hospitals
