At the July 18, 2023, regular meeting, the Camden County Board of Commissioners recognized Frankie Hillery-Miller of the Public Works Department as Employee of the Quarter. The Camden County Government Employee Recognition Committee received nominations for employee of the quarter. Frankie was recommended by several co-workers and was selected by the committee.
Frankie’s nominations highlighted her thoughtfulness and helpfulness while performing her job duties. Specifically mentioned through multiple nominations is her ability to make people feel special and positive attitude.
“Frankie is a valued member of our team and continues to improve both our internal and external communication,” said Public Works Director Shalana McNamee. “Our staff know they can always count on Frankie to help them if they need it and she truly cares about all of our citizens and staff. She makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated.”
Since joining Camden County in April 2022, Frankie serves as the Office Manager for Public Works. In this role, she assists with the daily office and administrative support for Public Works and Fleet Services.
