Throughout this process, multiple locations were identified with encroachments of the county right-of-way which may cause drainage impairments and consequent public health and safety concerns.
All unincorporated Camden County residents are asked to observe the minimum setbacks for accessory structures, plant life, and fences on the county right-of-way. Please consult the Unified Development Code Section 207 for further information regarding setbacks and Section 1251 for right-of-way encroachments.
To correct these drainage issues within Camden County, ditching and pipe replacement operations have begun throughout the county and will continue in the following areas in no particular order:
- Deer Run Subdivision,
- Elliot’s Plantation,
- Foxwood Circle, and
- Pelican Circle.
